1. ABOUT OUR CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM
ZEESOCKS.COM is not an ordinary online shop. One of our main goals is to bring a true gamified experience and build long-lasting relationships with our customers. Therefore, we have designed a Customer loyalty program that allows to deliver truly gamified shopping experience and allow our customers to benefit from substantial and permanent discount levels based on their reached gamified ranks.
2. WHO TAKES PART IN CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM
Every registered user account on ZEESOCKS.COM is automatically enrolled in the Customer loyalty program, including the user accounts that are being created together with the first order on ZEESOCKS.COM. Taking part in our Customer loyalty program is free of charge and there are no downsides of benefiting from it.
3. HOW OUR CUSTOMER LOYALTY WORKS
User account starts with a base rank “Space bum” with a 0% discount and as that account completes tasks (unlocks achievements) it gains reputation points to rank up to next ranks and access higher discount levels. The list of completable and completed tasks (achievements) as well as earned reputation points are shown in the Dashboard section (and sidebar widget “Standings” on mobile devices) of the user’s account. In that section each user can see all tasks to be completed as well as reputation points granted by each completed task (shown on the badge icon). Each task (achievement) can only be completed once.
4. SPEACIAL CONSIDERATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The reputation points as well as completed tasks are associated with the particular user account and cannot be transferred to another account. Customers are not allowed to transfer their user rights (credentials) to use accounts to other persons. Such cases may be punished with deletion of account.
5. UNFAIR USE
ZEESOCKS.COM will have the right to revoke ranks, achievements and/or reputation points for certain users accounts in the case of misuse. ZEESOCKS has the full right to independently assess such cases and make an irreversible decision of revocation or even the deletion of user account in question. The misuse can be related to taking specific “dummy” actions (i.e., behavior or actions that user would not usually take in a course of normal use of our Customer loyalty program) in order to obtain higher level of customer loyalty. A more extreme cases of account misuse may be punished with deletion of the user account. The deletion of the user account will not impact our contractual obligations to deliver our orders to particular customer.
6. CHANGES TO CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM RULES
ZEESOCKS.COM reserves the right to perform changes to its ongoing Customer loyalty program rules, including, but not limited to: addition of new ranks, reputation points required to reach specific ranks, reputation points granted by task completion (achievements) and available tasks (achievements). Each change will not decrease the current discount levels of user accounts, but may increase the number of reputation points further required to reach next ranks.
